CORTE SUPREMA SEÑALA REQUISITOS PARA QUE BONIFICACIÓN SINDICAL Y GERENCIAL TENGAN CARÁCTER REMUNERATIVO En la Casación Laboral Nro. 37-2018 Lima publicada en el Diario oficial el 11 de diciembre de 2019 (pg. 70-72) la Corte Suprema señalo, en cuanto a la bonificación sindical y gerencial, lo siguiente: “Al haberse percibido en forma mensual, sucesiva, periódica, regular y en similar monto la bonificación sindical y gerencial, tienen carácter remunerativo a tenor de lo establecido en el artículo 6° del Texto Único Ordenado del Decreto Legislativo N° 728, Ley de Productividad y Competitividad Laboral- aprobado por Decreto Supremo N° 003-97-TR.”.
